Meh...

Guess the 2 extra walks worked. Even though I was 1/2 dead during one of them...

Lost .8 lbs this week, for a total of 3 lbs in two weeks.

I have a feeling that's how this will go down.. slowly but surely.

Will somone please call me when my alarm goes off at 5:30 tomorrow morning and remind me how GREAT I feel after a couple of hours???

whoo hoo way to go! It's so hard to get up and exercise, I hear you on that, especially when you can get those extra hour or two of sleeping. But the endorphin rush and great feeling of accomplishment all make up for any doubt and empower your will. Keep it up. Slowly but surely is better than nothing at all.

I feel you! I get up at 5 am 2-3 days a week to work out and then Mon and Wed go in the afternoons. Those mornings are BRUTAL!!!!! I wish I had Jillian to wake me up and DRAG me to the gym-ha!
