I have lost around...I started WW about 6 weeks ago. I have lost around 10 lbs which is good but I have a LONG way to go, as in around 100 lbs. <br /><br />My blog is all about my struggles while losing weight and trying to learn to run so that I can complete a half marathon(or 3, Disney Tinkerbell, Disney Princess and Ft Hood Run to Remember) next year. I don't have many followers so I would love some new readers. I snacked A LOT! I think it was mostly as something to do out of boredom. In the 3 days I've been tracking my intake, I've managed to avoid most of the snacking and when I do need a little something, I hit up the free points of fruits or veggies! My goal is to drop about 40 lbs before starting on Baby #2. This is by no means my ultimate end target, but hopefully an attainable goal that matches our family planning calendar! Then it's good to focus on 1 to 2 pounds a week. Slower weight loss allows your skin to catch up, so you won't have to deal with extra saggy skin when you hit your goal weight. <br /><br />Being held accountable for my food is what worked for me before. Also, having to write down everything you eat seems to help as well. And LOTS of WATER!!<br /><br />Congrats on losing 5 pounds!
